Stampin’ Up! UK Multicoloured Mosaic Madness and Mayhem

Colour. I love colour. Bright, muted, soft, hard. All of them. But…. they have to ‘make sense’ in my head. I couldn’t put red and pink and then blue together. It would rattle my brain a bit. But I do love to put really bright colours together and see what happens.

Sometimes I just put bits of scrap cardstock on my desk and move them about until the colours work, other times I just wing it and see what happens as I go.

This was one of those ‘wing it’ moments.

So simple to do, you almost can’t go wrong with the Mosaic Madness Stamp and Punch set. It does the thinking for you!

All I did was emboss a piece of whisper white cardstock and then stamp, punch and layer (some of these have been double layered, for extra lift!), and popped on a couple of rhinestones.

I’m quite pleased, and with 4 boys in the house, they have all adopted ‘favourite’ colours. Jack loved Red, Luke loves Orange and Yellow, Jacob has to have Blue cup, spoon, towel etc, and Oliver has had Green foisted on him. It does help with labelling at home, but it also makes me smile that I have such sunny happy children!
