Bright Blossoms Simple Card VIDEO

I know I’ve said a few times that I’m not a card maker, well the truth is, I used to be a card maker. About 10 years ago. I had a signature style, it was very much like the design below, though I was a fan of wire-work and would use that to embellish my cards.

I think I lost my ‘mojo’ with card making when the explosion of craft TV happened and people were able to make their own. I moved away from cards and into stationery, and I now love that I’m able to teach people and inspire them to make their own cards.

But with that in mind, I decided to take a little wander back down memory lane and make a window frame card like I used to, back in the day…

The video shows how I’ve put it together, but here’s a list of the supplies I’ve used –

Cardstock – Whisper White, Pacific Point and Rich Razzleberry

Stampin’ Write Markers – Pacific Point, Garden Green and Rich Razzleberry

Stamp Set – Bright Blossoms

Punches – 1″ Square Punch, Postage Stamp Punch, Circle Punch from Itty Bitty Punch Pack

Embellishments – Rich Razzleberry and Pacific Point mini buttons from the Brights Collection Buttons and Pacific Point and Rich Razzleberry Candy Dots from the same Brights Collection
