Elements of Wildflower Meadow VIDEO

My husband has wonderful moments, and then those times when his suggestions just make me sigh…. I was having a moment of ‘argggghhh, I can’t decide what to craft with’ so I turned to him and said ‘pick two colours’. Fatal error there right? So without knowing really what I wanted them for, he blurted out ‘Green and Blue’. Well anyone and everyone knows the ditty “red and pink makes you blink, blue and green should never be seen” (or something similar, my primary school days are a long way behind me!)

But, clever me, the makeup artist who works with every colour conceivable, and combines them in crazy ways, I decided that actually I could work with blue and green, and chose the luscious pale Pistachio Pudding from the In Colours collection, and the new Soft Sky from the Subtles. Not bad huh?

So, loving the choice of colours, I decided to see what I could do with Wildflower Meadow and a couple of circle punches, with a sentiment from A Dozen Thoughts and a smattering of Pearls….

And while you can see from the images here how the card looks, I have done a video (here!) to explain further which products I used to create the look!

I hope you like it, and appreciate that I accepted my husband’s colour suggestion. And my question today is…. What suggestions does your Husband/Boyfriend/Wife/Girlfriend make that just make you sigh in exasperation?
