Modern Medley Chalk Talk

Stampin’ Up! UK Modern Medley Chalk Talk

POOTLES Stampin Up UK Modern Medley Chalk Talk 2

So this card mixes up so many different things. The stunning Modern Medley Designer Series Paper (no,  I haven’t cut it wonkily, it’s like that…!), the Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder, the gorgeous creamy Cotton Ribbon and the stylish elegance of the Chalk Talk stamp set.

Oh how I have adored working the Modern Medley DSP recently (I really do hope you’re not bored!) and although I’ve kept the layout of the cards all the same; DSP left, embossed Very Vanilla to the right etc, I love that these all look so different when you add a little ribbon, some embellishments and a stamp set.

I think little needs to be said about the card, and it’s make up, other than I really appreciate Stampin’ Up! designers for making the Chalk Talk punchable aswell as diecutable (it’s a word), because the Extra Large Oval Punch was my punch of choice and really, it’s quite lovely on this ‘softer’ style oval, rather than the elongated Large Oval Punch.

So, do you like it? I kind of like that lack of ‘colour’ in this card, and the monochromatic look.
