Stampin’ Up! UK ADVENT COUNDOWN 21 Envelope Punch Board Chocolate Treats
Well, it’s been a couple of weeks since I got the Envelope Punch Board out, but I just had to get it out again for a super cute and paper-efficient project this time!
I love gifting Green and Black’s Chocolates to people. I actually dislike them myself, I’m a Galaxy girl personally (sweeter the better) and I have a heathen tongue as far as chocolate is concerned, so I don’t really like or appreciate the fine blends of G&B, but I am well aware that I’m an extreme minority, and chances are, anyone other than me receiving these would be happy!
Anyway, they’re a darling size, and despite that tiny size, each little bar packs a tonne of flavour and punch, so one is definitely plenty.
Now, the paper-efficient part. I wanted to use the DSP stacks, which are 6.5″ (16.4cm) long, so in order to get 2 from a sheet, that meant oh-so-very-small pieces of paper at just 3.25″ (8.2cm) square.
But you know me; give a girl a challenge and she’ll pick it up!
And I did! Okay, so it was a self imposed challenge, but you know, needs must and all that!
So these tiny treats are wrapped in a sheet of Designer Series Paper and you set the first score line at 2″ (5cm) and then just keep lining up all the way around.
Of course, the video shows more, and you get to hear my (lingering) cold in my deep voice, but anyway, here you are!
And the products used and showcased in all 72 treats that are going out to my customers who’ve humbled me by choosing me as their demonstrator these past 8 months since I joined Stampin’ Up! are –
Inks – Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, Soft Sky, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay
Stamp Set – Very Merry Tags
Tools – Envelope Punch Board, Mini Glue Dots
