Pootles’ 12 Deals of Christmas + A Thoughtful Perfect Thank You

Stampin’ Up! UK A Thoughtful Perfect Thank You

12 Deals of Christmas – details down at the bottom!!!

I’ve really enjoyed my self imposed Use It Up Challenge, there are a few more cards yet, but I think this one is my favourite.

I think it’s because although the card is primarily all about that wonderful Smoky Slate colour from the cardstock and the Winter Frost Designer Series Paper, but it’s the addition of the Perfect Plum accents that seems to give this card a look of plum all over. Even the smoky slate seems to have taken on a different hue.

An optical illusion somehow?

But the card build is simple and easy, but I like to think, really rather stylish.

lots of thanks

A card blank of Smoky Slate Cardstock followed by a mat of that beautiful Perfect Plum cardstock. This has been overlaid with a dual layer of Winter Frost DSP and Whisper White Cardstock, where I hid the join under some 1/8″ silver taffeta ribbon, but not before I’d gently sponged the edges of that layer with perfect plum ink.

I chose the sentiment from the Lots of Thanks stamp set, and it fits perfectly inside the Modern Label Punch, but I wanted to back it with something larger, so I chose the Curly Label Punch this time, but popped a ribbon bow on top. But I did pull the sponge out again, and gently tinted the edges of both the white and plum punch outs!

Finally I took a trio of the mini buttons from the Regals Designer Buttons set and popped them in a line in the top corner.

Pretty and elegant in my humble opinion!

12 Deals of Christmas.

So, what’s this all about? Well, I don’t do sales, and I don’t do discounts. In my professional opinion, Stampin’ Up! offers the best quality products at the best prices around (and with over 10 years crafting experiences, trust me, I’ve tried ‘em all!). So you won’t ever see me offering to reduce the prices of products, or sharing my discount. But what I want to do, as a one off, just for Christmas, is offer 12 extra goodies that go into the regular Thank You Gift Pack that I send out to all my customers.

Each ‘deal’ will only be available for the stated day, and will vary in price, product and value.

I get an immediate email notification of all orders that come in, so you don’t need to worry about getting in touch, or emailing to say you want to take advantage of the deal, I’ll send it out automatically.

All orders over £70 will receive a full spool of Basic Black Chevron Ribbon from me, inside their regular Thank You Gift Pack. It will come direct from me, as this is an offer direct from me. It will not come with the order you place.

Fine Print. This is not a catch, there is no single winner, this is not a competition. Please do not add it to your order, (unless of course you want duplicates!) as I will be sending this separately.

All Thank You Gift Packs will be posted after the 12 Deals of Christmas have finished.

I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code when shopping to support Pootles! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!)
