Stampin’ Up! UK Peachy Keen Regals Friend!
Well today I decided to showcase the Regals Collection for you, but mixing up these deep dark colours with some products from the Spring Catalogue!
I love the Peachy Keen stamp set, but I didn’t feel that the Regals colours were particularly retro, so I picked out the sentiment only and decided to ‘grow’ the card from that.
It’s simply a case of a card blank in one of the colours – Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Garden Green, Island Indigo, Elegant Eggplant, and making sure I had the matching Button, Candy Dots and Designer Series Paper available too!
Then I layered them all up together over a Basic Black Mat, and wrapped a layer of the new Natural Chevron Ribbon around to hide the ‘join’ from the cardstock and DSP.
I decided to punch the sentiment using the Extra Large Oval Punch and add the button to that.
The effect of these is simply but impactful, and I love how all 6 of them look together.
I can’t quite decide which is my favourite colour yet…!
I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code to support Pootles! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!)
