Eeek, you have today and you have tomorrow, then it’s all over until 2015!

So today, on this fabulous Sunday, Mother’s Day here in the UK, where I’m doing full on Motherhood while my husband sleeps soundly (night duty) and my own Mum is working (theater nurse in the local hospital), I’m still smiling.

My children make me the mother I am. They are crazy and funny. They squabble and love each other in equal measure. They test my patience, and show me just how much love one woman can have in her heart.

They are the reason for my lack of waistline and the baby ribbons across my belly that mark each one’s progress.

But they are also the reason for the laughter lines around my eyes. Every day with my boys is a blessing, so this is a card to me.

Because they make me Smile

I’ve used Petals Parade stamp set to randomly stamp all over the Whisper White card blank by using Rose Red, Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant to pull out the different images.

Oh, and I had to use the Smile statement from the Happy Day Stamp Set. Naturally!

Don’t forget, Sale a Bration is on until the 31st of March. There is an awesome offer for every £45 spent (get free stuffs!) and an amazing joining offer (spend £99 and choose £150 worth of products of your choice, a great way to kick start a new business doing what I do!)

  1. Happy U.K. Mother’s Day Sam ! Enjoy your special day with your boys. We celebrate Mother’s Day in May over here, but I always think of today as my real Mother’s Day.My three boys were all born in Scotland. They are all grown up now with Texas accents LOL. Thanks for all the hard work you do each day in keeping us all inspired to be creative. Another great card!

    • Awww thank you Lana! All the creams and lotions in the world wouldn’t shift the mark these boys make on my life. And I wouldn’t try to remove them. I know how lucky I am to be able to have children when so many can’t that I try never to take motherhood for granted

  4. Sam, you make the loveliest cards, gifts boxes etc, give so much of your time and inspire so many – but you also say the nicest words. I love to read what you have to say each day – today is no exception xx
