Lullaby Baby We’ve Grown

Stampin’ Up! UK Pootles – Lullaby Baby We’ve Grown

Stampin' Up! UK Pootles - Lullaby Baby We've Grown Punching Detail

I do rather like a baby card. I rarely get the opportunity to make them, so when the Pre Order came out for Demonstrators, and the Lullaby DSP was on it, I couldn’t resist. I mean, come on, who could?! It’s baby papers. It’s in soft pastels. It’s broodiness in paper format….

And while I do usually use papers and products for things other than their intended design, I couldn’t resist the tiny little bow images on the paper and had to use that as my starting point.

Interestingly, the Pistachio Pudding Baker’s Twine bow came next. Get me! Making a bow on a project. (should I confess to having to retie it 3 times…?)

The stamping comes from the Baby We’ve Grown stamp set that carried over from the Spring Summer catalogue, and it’s adorable! I love the font (I hope we get more sentiments in this one) and punching it with the 1 3/4″ Circle and then a layer of the 2 3/8″ Scallop Circle behind was all that it needed.

I finished with a trio of hearts from the new Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, and then on 3 layers of Whisper White cardstock and the DSP, well, it’s a lot of loveliness for a new little one!
