Elevated Festival of Trees

Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Elevated Festival of Trees

Stampin' Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles - Elevated Festival of Trees

For 1 week only, until Saturday September 20th, I am celebrating falling hard and fast in love with Blendabilities.  I love how they are so much more than a ‘colouring’ pen, and make pretty things that little bit more special.

So for every order of £100, I will send you a 3-pack of Blendabilities as a special thank you.  This is incremental, so if you spend £200 you’ll get 2 packs, £300 would be 3 packs, and so on! Pretty awesome when you add in the Good Greetings free stamp set that SU themselves are offering on orders over £200, plus all the hostess rewards!

Anyway, the fine print is that this is an offer from me only, not Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities will be automatically sent by my after September 20th and will come separately to your order!

Well, I had to do it really.  It seems that the star of the Christmas Catalogue (so far…!) is the Festival of Trees Stamp Set with it’s matching Tree Punch.

I’ve seen it everywhere – my facebook groups, pinterest, other blogs….

I love it! But this card is the first one I’ve made using it, and I decided to go with blues and a hint of neutral with the Sahara Sand in the back ground.

I love the softness of all our blues, but particularly wanted to use Lost Lagoon, Soft Sky, Pool Party and Coastal Cabana for this card, and rather than use a variety of the different stamps that come in the set, for my first foray, I used just the floral one.

You can see in this photograph a little easier how I elevated everything, or in the case of the Sahara Sand tree, sunk it….

The Lost Lagoon has been adhered directly to the card, the Soft Sky has one layer of dimensionals and the other 2 each have a double layer of them to give them even more lift!

And of course, I used the same stamp set for the greeting (although I helpfully forgot to photograph the inside which shows the continuation of the sentence…!)

Anyway, I hope you like it, and don’t forget, the pair is on a bundle offer in the catalogue HERE!
