SpringWatch 2015 Rectangular Floral Lidded Box Tutorial 3D aspect

Oh how stunning is this paper!

I love the Painted Blooms Suite, this is not new information to anyone…. I loved it from the moment I saw it, and as yet, I haven’t found one of the patterns on the DSP I dislike.

I’ve always had this mantra that if I like half of it, I’ll buy it. The theory being that I just hide away the side I don’t like.

I’m a bit stuck here as I love it all! So what better thing to do than show off both sides to you from one of the sheets!

I love the shape of this box and how the focus is definitely on the paper lid. When I make lidded boxes I tend to have equal amounts of card versus paper on the sides, but this time, I kept the base well hidden with only a little peeping out!

And look at those pretty sparkly embellishments! I think I’m rather in love with them too!

Oh there’s just so much, but before I wax lyrical about anything else on this project, let’s just head to the video….

Cardstock LID 4 x 6″ (15 x 10cm) Score at 1″ (2.5cm) on all 4 sides
