Stampin' Up! joining Offer Stamps

Well, you’ve been shopping with Stampin’ Up! for a while, and you like the idea of being part of the brilliant company and getting discounts and perks, but you’re not sure that you want to demonstrate.

That’s okay!

Many demonstrators don’t actually demonstrate!  They simply enjoy buying the amazing products at the 20% net discount that all demos get!

A large proportion of my team are demos like this.  They affectionately call themselves ‘hobby’ demos because they’re feeding their hobby and loving it! I do treat all my team the same, no matter what ‘type’ of demo they are, and after my post last week that gave you a sort of week in my life, I thought it wise to share the other side!

Anyone who’s reading my blog, or shopping for craft supplies, will be a papercraft fan.  That’s kind of a bit of a given! And my original plan when I joined Stampin’ Up! was to simply get the products at a discount. I am one of those types of bargain hunters. You know, the ones who will save a few £££s if they can!

And because I’d fallen totally and utterly in love with the whole Stampin’ Up! catalogue, the best thing for me was to simply join and get that wonderful bargain!

I’ve talked about my facebook group that I have for my team, and that’s a wonderful place for the girls (and the chap!) to get together, share projects and ideas, but without the pressure to do anymore than they want.

I don’t believe in telling people they ought to go and sell or do workshops, nor do I put pressure on anyone to promote or recruit.

It’s simply a great place to hang out and chat!

So if you’re shopping right now, and thinking that you’d quite like a bit of a bargain too, consider joining the team. You never know where your journey may take you!

Plus, if you’re even vaguely like me in the bargain hunting stakes, think about those 2 extra free stamp sets that you are able to add to your starter kit this month. I’d join just for those!!!

  1. Thanks for another helpful post Sam. As I’ve mentioned previously I would love to become a demo and it would be my intention to hold workshops, classes, demonstrations, etc possibly from home (need to look into the legal/insurance bits & pieces with regards to that). Any tips or hints with regards to holding classes, etc, (greatly appreciated)? I was also looking yesterday at your South Hill Designs blog. I love to make jewellery too so am also considering joining your South Hill team. Just can’t wait to move to our new home…only a few days now! Creative Blessings, Tracy x
