Manly Thank You Card Idea

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Manly Thank You Card Idea

Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Manly Thank You Card Idea Expressions Natural Elements

One of the hardest cards to make is one for a chap. And making a Thank You card is pretty much one of the hardest. Aside from the fact that mostly we only give cards to guys on their birthdays or for Christmas, making a Thank You card is kinda hard!

So I got out my Background Paper Stacks and worked from there!

This is Basic Grey with Daffodil Delight over the top. I spent quite a while lining up the stripes so that the white is continual with just the break of the backing cardstock behind the yellow.

My measurements are 3cm wide for the Basic Grey Panel and 2.5cm for the Daffodil Delight DSP that sits over it.

And of course, you can’t give a thank you card without saying Thanks on it, so I pulled out those fabulous Expressions Natural Elements and added a 4-strand-thick bow of Linen Thread.

I hope that it’s a useful inspiration point for you!
