South Hill Designs & Stampin’ Up! Sunday Talented Trio Dancer
Over on my South Hill Designs blog yesterday and today I’ve mentioned that I went to Ballet Classes for 14 years as a child until I was 16. I absolutely loved dancing and also did Modern and Tap Dancing. Yes, I still have my first tap shoes, they’re tiny. And my first Pointe shoes sit in my youngest son’s bedroom on his window sill…
But the reason behind the colours on this card is because one of my favourite outfits to dance in was a dark purple shiny leotard with matching shiny lilac footless tights!
I loved it and wore it to as many classes as I could! I didn’t wear a tutu ever though. Even in ballet… So sad. Our training tunics were a fairly vile shade of blue and we had little floppy skirts that went over the top.
So although I was never the prima ballerina wearing a pretty tutu, I had the greatest time dancing and so my card shows off my favourite coloured leotard by using the Talented Trio stamp set, Elegant Eggplant and Wisteria Wonder cardstock.
