Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Happy New Year – What’s ahead…

Pootles 12 Deals of Christmas

Yay, it’s back! The 12 Deals of Christmas from the last 2 years have been so popular that I couldn’t not bring it back to you again this year….!

Details are down at the bottom…!

South Hill Designs & Stampin' Up! Sunday Inspiration 12 Deals of Christmas close up

Happy New Year everyone!

I don’t know about you, but the older I get, the less inclined I am to be out partying on New Year’s Eve. Give me a cup of hot chocolate, a box of chocolates (!) and a nice glass of wine in front of a film and I’m happy. And you’re unlikely to see me up past the midnight hour, particularly as the boys are inclined to rise at 7am most days.

But whatever you got up to, I hope you had fun and are looking forward to a shiny fresh new year!

I promised you yesterday that I would share what I have planned for this new year and I always keep my promises!

There will be a slight shake up in the video tutorials timing, but rest assured, there will always be a blog post for you and at least 3 video tutorials each week for you to watch.

So here goes the new line up starting this Monday

Monday – Brand New Video Tutorial

Tuesday – Card Project

Wednesday – Way Back Wednesday. I will be sharing an old video tutorial, but with the project remade in ‘modern’ papers and stamps

Thursday – Card Project

Friday – Brand New Video Tutorial

Saturday – Card Project

Sunday – This will remain as a mash up with South Hill Designs, but there won’t be a video to go alongside it. Only very occasionally!

So you see, there isn’t particularly a huge change. You will still have a video on a Wednesday, but it will be one I’ve filmed previously.

Part of the reason for this is that I don’t want to constantly try and reinvent the box/bag wheel, but another reason is that it will be a good exercise for me to follow a tutorial in the same way that you all do. Plus of course, it’s good to see an ‘old’ project remade to see how it looks in different papers.

I also will be doing a lot more work with my Stampin’ Up! team to help them grow their businesses and I’ll be working on videos and webinars with them and I’m excited for their futures and how much fun this will be for them to have a set of videos that they can use inside their businesses too!

And of course, looking further forward, I have the 2 week, back to back SpringWatch series starting at the end of the month and I’m planning a further series in May/June that will probably go across a full week.

And finally, Stampin’ Up! themselves have Sale a Bration starting on Monday – our amazing annual promotion that offers a great Joining Offer, extra Rewards for shopping and the Free Exclusive Products when you shop.

There’s also the Stampin’ Up! On Stage event in April for demonstrators and I shall be hosting a live team training day that day, but in the pipeline is a possible live event for you too…

So there’s lots coming up, but for today, I’m relaxing on the sofa with small boys and we’ve planned a movie marathon. Not sure how long it will last before littlies get fidgety, but we can hope!

12 Deals of Christmas.

So, what’s this all about? Well, I don’t do sales, and I don’t do discounts. In my professional opinion, Stampin’ Up! offers the best quality products at the best prices around (and with over 10 years crafting experiences, trust me, I’ve tried ‘em all!). So you won’t ever see me offering to reduce the prices of products, or sharing my discount. But what I want to do, as a one off, just for Christmas, is offer 12 extra goodies that go into the regular Thank You Gift Pack that I send out to all my customers.

Each ‘deal’ will only be available for the stated day, and will vary in price, product and value.

I get an immediate email notification of all orders that come in, so you don’t need to worry about getting in touch, or emailing to say you want to take advantage of the deal, I’ll send it out automatically.

Please note, if you select NO CONTACT, I cannot, by law, send you anything. Please make sure that you deselect that button….

Today’s Deal is –

All orders over £70 will receive a pack of Typeset Speciality Designer Paper from me, inside their regular Thank You Gift Pack. It will come direct from me, as this is an offer direct from me. It will not come with the order you place. If you use the hostess code for the month, it will still count for Both!

Fine Print. This is not a catch, there is no single winner, this is not a competition. Please do not add it to your order, (unless of course you want duplicates!) as I will be sending this separately.

All Thank You Gift Packs will be posted after the 12 Deals of Christmas have finished.

I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code to get free product! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!) Learn more HERE. If your order is over £150, please do not use this code as You become the hostess and get the Rewards!

good to see you have your priorities straight this week.
Family time. Have fun and may 2016 be all you wish for.
    May you and your family,
    Stay safe, happy & healthy.

  2. You have so many original and fantastic 3-D type projects – boxes, bags, etc. – that I for one will be happy to see them again, as a reminder of what is out there. Plus, as you said, with new papers and embellishments, it will hopefully stimulate my out-of-the-box creativity. Sam – I have really enjoyed all your posts, and feel guilty benefitting from them, because – since I live in the US – I never support you financially. (Plus I have three friends who are demonstrators, and I have a hard enough time supporting each of them.) But the “guilt” isn’t strong enough to keep me from viewing your videos! Thank you so much for your generosity.

  3. Happy New Year Sam. Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy 2016. Am so looking forward to watching you this year and very happy to revisit some of your older projects. Thanks so much for all the inspiration you give me, Marian x

  4. Happy New Year Sam, love all you 3D projects. Take care of each other and have a blessed day.

Lets us hope that 2016 is going to be a good year for all of us. So exciting to see that we supporters may be getting a live event in the future, can’t wait for more details. All the best to you and yours. Jen at Hexham

  6. I am also from the USA and can’t support you financially, but you have so many awesome videos and I would love to see some of these remade in modern papers. Keep up the great work you do!

I am really excited about your plans for “Way Back Wednesday”. I often browse through you older videos for new inspiration — and I always find it. Really enjoy you projects and like others have mentioned, wish I could support you financially for all that you share with us, it is really appreciated.

Happy New Year to you and your family Sam and I hope 2016 is a great year for you.

  9. Happy New Year Sam!
Happiness Health & love to you
Enjoy a bit of family time, you deserve it!!!
