Stampin' up! Demonstrator Pootles - Sweetie Snack Pack Tutorial

I want to put this out there right from the start. I let my children have sweeties. Yes, I do. However, I don’t let them have lots and lots. We have a dedicated day – Friday – and it’s been known as ‘Treat Day’ pretty much since my eldest son started at school and it was a treat at the end of the week.

That’s not to say they don’t have sweets at other times, my Mum, Nanna to them, often has little treats in her pockets or handbag… But I do like to curb the quantity that they have at any given time. And interestingly, I had a conversation with a friend of mine recently about how unbranded sweets are pocket money priced, but are high in quantity and low in quality, whereas decent sweets are high priced, but high quality.

It does make one wonder if our generation of kiddies are going to grow up with very sweet teeth!

But bringing it back to the project, I do like to put together little sweetie treats like this for them. It means I can control the amount of sweets, but they also love to find these surprise packages too!

So easy with just a Sketched Dot bag, a little ribbon and the Num Num Stamp set. Quick and simple and trust me, anyone would love one!

I hope you enjoy the video and that your Friday has treats in store for you too!
