Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Watercolour Chick Treat Bags Tutorial
Do you have those moments where you can only see an outline image in one colour, then someone trips the light switch on and you can suddenly see a whole array of colours??
I was like that with the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set. In particular the rather darling little chick. I couldn’t only imagine it in yellow, but then the lovely Angie Juda from Chic ‘n Scratch posted up an Easter Box and she’d got herself a pale blue chick! This is her project here and I loved the chick so much!
I knew I had to have a go, so I used her colour palette and had some fun!
I’m not hugely au fait with Watercolouring yet, but I don’t think I did too bad a job on camera!
The bag itself is easy enough to make and I can see these with shredded paper popping out of the top!
I hope you like it, and perhaps you’ll have a go at watercolouring too!
*Please note, tomorrow starts a brand new monthly blog hop that I’m participating in. The Go Live time for it is 9am UK time, so please don’t panic when a post doesn’t go live from me at 7am!*
