Pootles’ Way Back Wednesday Endless Thanks Quick Card
So this week, from May 21st to May 29th while I’m away, I am doing a Grab-Bag Giveaway! I have a whole load of unopened embellishments, ribbons, trims and more. This is just a small selection taken from the much bigger box also pictured! How do you get one though? Well ALL orders over £20/25€ will qualify for a grab bag goodie. At the point in time of flying these are already bagged up, I’ve no idea what’s inside each bag, so I will grab one at random, pop your address on the outside and post it off to you! You could place 1 order and get 1, or place 5 and get 5 bags through the mail! This is only open to UK, Germany, France, Austria and The Netherlands. It is also provided by me and will be posted by me in the first week of June.
Ooooo it’s Way Back Wednesday and I have another card video for you! I’m really getting into the creating of these on video now! This is opening up a whole new world to me!
Today though, I wanted to show you how I build up a randomly stamped card. I love the small images that are in the Endless Thanks stamp set and they really do lend themselves very well to this style of cardmaking.
I’ve kept the same colours that I used on my original, except I swapped the flower colours around a little. Just for variety! And of course because you know me, I can’t make the same thing identically twice!
I went with the Brights collection of inks, plus Cucumber Crush. I did use the ink pads, but you could definitely use markers for this instead.
With random stamping, there is no right or wrong. There’s just fun. I see it as an opportunity for me to play and experiment and that’s something I get great pleasure in doing.
So have fun today. Maybe you could create some randomly stamped backgrounds too?
I hope you enjoyed this project, please do use the hostess code to get free product! (hostess code shown in the top right of my blog for the current one!) Learn more HERE. If your order is over £150, please do not use this code as You become the hostess and get the Rewards!
