Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Sunshine Wishes are Affectionately Yours!

There is the distinct possibility that I am known for quick cards and quick crafting…. But that’s okay, I have no problem with that! I love a card that’s easy to make, but makes someone feel great when they receive it. To me, it’s not about how much time went into the card, but how much love went into it. So whether it takes an hour or it takes 10 minutes to make a card, if it’s made and sent with love, then it’s priceless!

Today I wanted to have another play with Washi Tape (it’s been a few weeks!) so I pulled out the Affectionately Yours tape and just used 3 that caught my eye. The blue floral, green and then the gorgeous copper one is in the centre.

I half thought about using something else coppery on the card, but decided to go with the cucumber crush and night of navy with that hint of watermelon wonder and leave the copper as the accent.

Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Sunshine Wishes are Affectionately Yours! Die Cut Detail

I have to confess, I got the washi tape down first and then decided what to do after. I hummed and haahed over a few of our thinlits words, but went for the Sunshine Wishes (which is fast becoming my go to thinlit) and I think it works!

I hope (ha, no pun intended) that you can see that I’ve got them offset to get both colours in. One didn’t work, but 2 is fab!

Have a great day everyone, and I hope that you have Hope working with you today too.
