Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Hand Decorated Box using Touches of Texture

I think this could possibly be my most requested project in recent times! I posted a photo on my Facebook Page and so many asked for the tutorial! So here it is!

I loved making it, even though it’s not my usual style at all! I like how quick it was to ‘paint’ the flowers and how delicate the whole box looks when it’s finished.

The box itself is quick and easy to make, how you decorate it is totally up to you! But the new Touches of Texture stamp set really does hit all the right spots for me! A bit grungy, a bit floral, and perfect!

Dimensions when finished – 2 x 2 x 7″ (5 x 5 x 18cm)

Cardstock Base – 8-2/4 x 9″ (21 x 23cm)

Score on the LONG side first at 2″ (5cm) then do your decorating

Score on the SHORT side at 2, 4, 6, 8″ (5, 10, 15, 20cm)

Cardstock LID – 6 x 6″ (15 x 15cm)

Score on all 4 sides at 2″ (5cm)

  21. Think written directions have an error, is 8 1/4 rather than 8 2/4…glad it’s the 1/4 as fits A4!
