Happy Birthday my Little Foxy Luke!

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Happy Birthday my Little Foxy Luke!

Today my son Luke is 11! I always wonder at where time goes with Children. I try to make every day count with them, but time does woosh by doesn’t it?

There is a reason for why I’ve called him my Little Foxy Luke, not just because of the paper I used, but also because he recently had his Leaver’s Show (he moves from middle school to secondary school in September) and the little star didn’t let on to anyone that not only was he in the show, but he had the Lead!

All he’d said to me was that he was playing a character called Stanley and could I find him a tank top. Those 2 things kind of have you thinking that it’s a background character really, but he didn’t let on! And I had a wonderful surprise when I opened the programme for the performance and there he was as the main character!

Well he is a natural and the head teacher suggested that I get him enrolled in some drama classes, which I hope to do very soon!

But aside from my still obvious delight at his performance, it is his birthday today and I wanted to make him a special card.

I have taken the bow off, but the rest of the card remains the same. The perfect combination of the Little Foxy paper and bunting with the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set. Plus a little watercolouring too!

Have a great day everyone, we will be!
