Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Perfectly Wrapped Moroccan Welcome Notebooks

One of the best things about doing what I do is that I get to share crafting projects every day. I get to chat and talk with so many of you all and that fills me with endless pleasures.

I also get to offer the Stampin’ Up! demonstratorship to anyone who would like to join, and as my own story tells, there are no limits and you can join simply to get craft supplies at a discount, but with so many open doors and opportunities provided too.

Whenever anyone joins my team, I send them out a welcome pack. They get a newsletter, a little handmade treat and a product gift. Those vary from month to month, but they always always get a handmade notebook! It’s essential in our job, whether we are writing down ideas or simply keeping a note of the stamp sets we own!

And I always make in small batches of about 20 at a time, so that they’re almost a ‘limited edition’ style!

These are some of this month’s notebooks and I’m so happy with how they turned out! I backed all of the notebooks with Early Espresso cardstock , and did the same for the layered panel and the circle.

After that, I cut up a couple of packs of the Moroccan DSP to get the main cover and the matching panel.

I love them!

Finished with a ‘Happy Day’ stamped from the Perfectly Wrapped stamp set, they’re small, not heavily embellished (no-one likes embellishments firing off in your handbag) and I hope, very well received!

I know you may be interested in joining, even if just to get a discount and the fabulous early bird perk of buying products before the catalogue goes live. If so, have a look on these pages here or drop me a line. Or even call!

And of course, you can join by clicking this link and there you’ll see that you can add brand new Autumn Winter products to your kit!

  1. Where would one get the notebooks to make these I know I’m in Canada but

  2. Sylvia Maunder says:

I live in NZ and am also wondering what size and/or brand the notebooks are?

  3. Rachel Brooks says:

Ditto the two above questions and also would like the step by step for making them. Do the covers fold over the front and back covers or are they just flush with the edges?

  4. Kathy Roach says:

I also was wondering about the notebooks where do you find them or do you make your own I love this idea. I would like sizes etc of the notebooks also this is a great gift to have on hand for special occasions that come up

  5. Robbye Hamilton says:

Hello, go to YouTube and search Pootles Papercraft Welcome notebook. The notebook is what we call in the US a junior legal pad. I hope that helps. I suggest strongly that you subscribe to Sam’s (aka Pootles) YouTube channel, there are so many fantastic tutorials.

  6. Go to Walmart and get Omni office scratch pads, very cheap 3 sizes. Watch one of her videos on how to cover note pads…. She shows everything.

  7. Omni office scratch pads, Walmart, 3sizes. Sam has a lot of videos on how to cover these.

  8. Lovely project. Thanks

  9. Sheila Klimas says:

These look amazing and so “gifty”. I am looking for some cute items for the holidays…and need to start crafting now in order to get them all done.
