Pootles Advent Countdown 2016 Candy Cane Lane Box

Well when you have a gorgeous Designer Series Paper like Candy Cane Lane, all you can do is dig out your Candy Canes and make a box for them really! So I did!!!

I couldn’t not really could I. I do have to question the manufacturers of the candy canes I got though…. talk about over inflated bags for them!! (you’ll see in the video what I mean!) But they are rather darling in these boxes and I know 4 little boys who are going to love these one day during Advent.

Pootles Advent Countdown 2016 Candy Cane Lane Box Greeting

Like all my projects, these are simple to make but look fantastic. I can see these on the dining table when the boys get home from school, or perhaps down on the hearth with some hot chocolate. Or on a craft fayre table, all lined up.

I love all things festive and traditional. Not so much the vintage stuff, but oldy worldy. You know what I mean! And these papers are exactly that.

Have a fantastic week everyone, and if you find some cute little candy canes, let me know!
