Pootles Advent Countdown 2016 Chocolate Treat Customer Thank You Gifts
Oh how cute are these? I sent over 200 of these little packets out this week, along with the thank you cards you’ll see tomorrow.
They were so much fun to make! Each is made with a small 4×4″ (10 x 10cm) piece of paper, so I used 23 sheets of DSP to make them. Actually, it was the whole pack of the This Christmas speciality paper in the Annual Catalogue. There’s 24 sheets to a pack and that’s what I chopped up!
Some of you will recall back at the start of September I shared a photo of the whole stack all prepared with the Envelope Punch Board. I’d done a one to one training call with one of the members of my team in the evening and I’d said to her I’d be multitasking. During our call I managed to punch and score all 200 of them!
Sitting one evening watching an old episode of Doctor Who (I’m just starting the Peter Capaldi era now), I stamped and punched all the bells out, then the final stage was putting everything together.
Typically I was away for the weekend right before sending these out, so I took them away with me! I have loads of small storage solutions around my office as I do tend to wander from room to room to prepare these large volume projects, so I packed them up with plenty of adhesives and ribbons and took them away!
I was so efficient that I managed to not just finish the creation of these goodies, but also pack them all with the card and newsletter into envelopes so all I had to do when I got home was run the labels for them all!
These are such adorable little treats, I can see them hanging on Christmas trees or maybe by the front door as an extra treat for Carol Singers.
Have a fantastic weekend everyone, I have crafting in my future and plan to spend Saturday afternoon stamping and creating!
