Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Botanical Gardens Inspiration from my Oven Gloves

How pretty is this card? I love it!

I was stood talking to my husband in the kitchen and my eyes were doing a quick scan to make sure the room was tidy (a continual job while we’re selling the house right now) and I was straightening up my oven gloves when I got a flash of inspiration.

The colours are remarkably close to Pear Pizzazz (leaves) and Sweet Sugarplum and Perfect Plum. And I reckon those darker accents could be a dead ringer for Elegant Eggplant.

So out came my Big Shot and dies, I left him tidying the kitchen, and I made a card straight away.

I love it!

It’s so simple, in fact, the die cut shapes are adhered straight onto a piece of our Thick Whisper White cardstock and left like that.

So, who else looks around their house and then immediately gets crafting. It’s just the best excuse to stop the housework isn’t it….

Well I don’t know about that as a spur for crafting.
But I do know about living in a home (with children) and trying to keep everything ready to show at the drop of a hat. Very wearing, particularly bathrooms, towels.
Hope you find your buyer soon.
