Pootles Advent Countdown 2016 Adorable Mini Milk bottles

Oh I am in LOVE!!!!

How adorable are these???  I have a funny story regarding the milk bottles, but I tell it in the video, so you’re definitely going to have to watch it, but as soon as I spotted them, I knew I had to have them to make projects with.

And what better than a miniature bottle of milk made super cute and festive for Christmas.

I took the photos of these, with milk in, then wandered back into the kitchen and just popped them on the table. I wanted to get the rest of the projects I’d make photographed and knew that I would be easily distracted.

Well 5 minutes later Jack (13) and Jacob (8) came downstairs and all I heard were cries of delight and yells of “Mum, these are brilliant”.

I guess that’s a win then!!!

So they’re ridiculously easy to make, I went with Father Christmas for mine, but maybe you could go for the Gingerbread Man and have an edible gingerbread biscuit to go with them?

I know that I’ll be asked for this, so here is the link to the actual milk bottles I bought, they’re not cheap, but perhaps you could go for slightly larger 150 or 200ml bottles which are much easier to find and a lot cheaper!

  5. They are quite adorable. Little milk bottles are quite the rage here in the US, have them at fairly reasonable prices at the big craft stores. Love what you have done with yours, just adorable.
