Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Cookie Cutter 3 x 3″ Cards

Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Cookie Cutter 3 x 3 Cards Candy Cane Paper

Cutey Patooty!!!

I can’t believe I just typed that…. but it pretty much sums up these 3 little cards!

My 2 older boys don’t give out Christmas Cards these days to their friends. They’re ‘too cool’ for that, but the 2 little ones do. I’m half grateful because where once we had to make and write 120 cards just for their friends, we’re down to a more modest 60 between them.

Not sure how it happened, but all 4 of my boys have been in classes that have had the full quota of 30 children. Every other year group around them has had maybe 20-25, and one class below Oliver has just 15 children. Oh no, my boys are in the jam packed class groups…

So this year, they’re getting on board with the card making. They’ll be on punching duty while I’ll be on the bow tying. This will be an absolute test for me and who knows, perhaps I’ll end up with the ability to tie bows at the end of it!

We all love the Cookie Cutter bundle in this house, so that’s what we’ll be working with, and the characters are all so cute!

Now, who else has dozens of cards to make for their small family members to give out…?

  1. These are cute little cards and it will be fun to craft with your little ones. The time goes by so fast and they will be grown before you know it! We never made Christmas cards for my kid’s friends but I always made special treats for the teachers. I am waiting for my order containing the Cookie Cutter Christmas bundle and I can’t wait to get into it! Have fun!

  2. Anne Lumsden says:

    Great cards Sam.

  3. Christine Reid says:

These are great! You’re a good Mum!! I would have just done bookmarks with the character on.

  4. I love your little cards and fell in love with the Santa Thinlet and had to buy him. I will use him to make regular sized cards to give to all my students! So that number is 99. 🙂 Paper crafting is relaxing, so I don’t mind at all. And, the kids just love the little crafties and goodies I give to them on holidays-inspired in part by you! I did use the Halloween cookie cutter for their Halloween goodie, which they will receive on Monday! Thanks for sharing, Sam! Have fun crafting with your boys!

  5. Robbye Hamilton says:

Sorry Sam, my daughters are all grown up, plus they only ever gave out Valentine’s Day cards to everyone in their class way back when. I think these cards are adorable.

  6. Nannie Annie says:

Love these cards Sam. Children are grown up but have young granddaughters so still making cards with them.

  7. They are Cutey Patooty! I did not have to do cards for my children’s class mates or their Teachers. Back in my day it was only Valentines. However…I do have a very large family. Combine Family and Friends…I make and send out over 100 Christmas Cards each year. I will be sending out about 20 Thanksgiving Cards this year. Yup, I’ve been busy! But I love doing it! Oh, I also send out during the year…Birthday and Anniversary Cards to all too!

  8. Judy in Maricopa says:

LOVE those… and yes I would describe them that way too… CUTEY PATOOTY! SO adorable! thanks for sharing!

  9. Very sweet! I’m sure your boys will enjoy helping to make these!
