Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Black and White Flurry of Wishes

Don’t forget my 19 Days Giftaway – HERE

Ever since I was a small girl, I’ve always been a bit contrary about Christmas and ‘traditional’ colours. I blame it on one of my older brothers – Justin – who when I was about 13, wrapped everyone’s Christmas presents in brown paper. Yes, the kind you wrap around boxes to send through the post. He’d made them look fabulous though with the addition of brightly coloured bows and ribbons. So I think my contrary attitude comes from then!

To me, Christmas is a wonderful bright and fun season, and you can make it any colour you like. So today I have the opposite. I removed all colour and went for Monochrome.

See, totally contrary….

And does it work? Well, I think that depends on how you view it I guess. Personally I love it, but then I did purple baubles (tree ornaments!) on Christmas cards one year. Purple Mirror Card no less…… (ages me I know!), so to me it’s great.

But I know that black and white isn’t to everyone’s taste.

How about blues instead? Maybe pinks as shown in the Stampin’ Up! catalogue? Or maybe reds! The list is endless!!

Have a fantastic Saturday everyone, I’m playing Mummy with the boys and at the time of writing, the weather forecast is baaaad, so trampolining is the plan. Them not me…. I will be enjoying a hot chocolate and watching them.

S xx

Sam I think you being so contrary about colors is one of the reasons why everything you design and make comes out looking absolutely gorgeous! Your talent knows no boundaries. I love all of your videos. Your personality and wit come through ever time and I’m so glad I found you. Thank you for all that you give to all of us around the World. Hope you and your precious boys have a fabulous Saturday!

  3. Nannie Annie says:

  5. This card is just gorgeous. I absolutely love it. Thanks for sharing it with us.

  6. We’ve added optional hidden zones, optional quests that unlock new spells and items which enable new combinations in combat, and even monsters you might never encounter depending
on the choices you make. I’m talking about your 14 year old high school graduate saying “I just don’t feel like I’m ready for college courses yet” then feeling comfortable enough to
open up about her reasons. One of the greatest things about the new generation of internet-connected
handheld gaming consoles like the Nintendo DS
is the fact that gamers no longer have to be in the same room to trade, play,
    and battle with one another.
