Pootles Advent Countdown 2016 #15 Tall Warmth & Cheer Box

Don’t forget my 19 Days Giftaway – HERE

Oooooo, pretty box, but not girly! That’s a new one on me! Tall boxes, and not a flower in sight! And yes, that was quite deliberate! With my new found love for the yellow patterns in the Warmth and Cheer I knew I wanted to use it again, but this time in a 3D project. And oh yes, I think it worked!

Tall and elegant is the red, but stern and masculine is the yellow. Or to be fair, vice versa….

One works for all, one works for one. It’s so your choice. But could you imagine this in a pink check (hint hint!)……

Pootles Advent Countdown 2016 #15 Tall Warmth & Cheer Box Warmth Cheer Stamp Set

Anyway, it’s a great size when finished – 2-5/8 x 2-5/8 x 6″ (6.5 x 6.5 x 15cm) and that lid is one you can take off and on very easily!

Now, which do you prefer? Cherry Cobbler or Delightful Dijon??

  1. Pretty and elegant gift boxes! Love these, tfs!

  2. I love it!

  3. Sam, when I saw the red box with the extra scoring line you said was a mistake, I really like it, I think that line there looks like a very nice detail.
This box is gorgeous and easy to make but the DSP is what makes it absolutely elegant and rich. This colors are non traditional for Christmas but they look amazing, this is a perfect palate for a man’s gift box.
Thank you so much for sharing.
    Hugs,
    Maria Rodriguez.

    Love this project Sam!
Just one question.,,,what do you do with all of your samples? Do you give them away or store them? If you store them, what do you use?
I’m a demo in Canada and .I was just curious!
    Thanks again!

  5. I love these Sam especially the mustard one. It’s brilliant the way everything matches and coordinates! It makes me want to buy a gift just to fit in this size box.

  6. Patricia Schott Koch says:

These are so, SO beautiful! Thank you for your excellent designs & your FUN tutorials. I am currently binge-watching your older you tube videos. They’re all great!

  7. Lisa Sylvia says:

Beautiful boxes, love the size. I like that extra score line also, it looks nice on the box.

  8. I like the cherry. This is a great size box.

  9. Great box, I love that plaid paper, I’m usually not big on that color, but this looks wonderful. I kind of like that “mistake” score line, do a couple of them and it’s a great accent. Thanks for another lovely project.
