Wedding Favour Triangle Pouches

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Wedding Favour Triangle Pouches

Spin it, then Pin it!

I’ve got the last of my Wedding Favour ideas today and this is the budget version, depending on whether you put the Falling in Love Embellishments on or not….

My piece of paper is just 3 x 6″ (7.5 x 15cm) meaning you can get 8 per piece of paper, 96 per pack which works out at 10.5p per favour!

I’d put sugared almonds in them, the very traditional favour. A 2 kilogram box of them would give you approximately 100 favours for £40 meaning that each group of 5 almonds would cost 40p each….

So if you exclude the embellishments, each favour would cost around 50p to make.

However, adding in the embellishments at £6.25 for 12, 52p each, you’re still at just £1.02 per favour!

I do love a bargain!

And I love these pouches! They’re so easy to make, score in half along the long side and mark at the half way point on the top and bottom. The size is irrelevant, the principle remains the same, and I show you how in my video below!

Have a super Friday everyone!

  6. Really lovely! I don’t know the tradition about the 5 sugared almonds, but some kind of little goodies would be wonderful in these. Would make cute favors for other occasions too. Change up the paper and you’d be all set. Thanks!
