Pick a Pattern with Pieces and Patterns!

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Pick a Pattern with Pieces and Patterns!

I have to confess, when I first saw the Pick a Pattern designer paper, I wasn’t particularly wowed, but now that I’ve had it and played with it for a month, I’m utterly delighted with it!

There literally is something for everyone! Children, women, men, birthdays, events, just because….

I love how there are a couple of colours that pull it all together, black being one of them, but there are other colours within it that sort of cement the grouping. Emerald Envy is definitely one of those, and while it’s not massively apparent in this pattern, it’s there in the centers of the large flowers. Flirty Flamingo is the other one that marries it all up together, and even on the Dino page, pink dinosaurs just seem to work!

The adorable stamp set that pairs with the paper is a great one as the intended pair, but I think a switch around of colours would make these just as fabulous.

So I hope you like my simplistic but fun card. It’s all about the pink!

Cute card, that pattern on the black makes me a little dizzy, but it’s cute. Reminds me of spirograph patterns.

  3. Nannie Annie says:

Lovely Sam. Like both patterns. Thank you for sharing this.
