Pootles Advent Countdown 2017 #6 More Than Chocolate Customer Gifts

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles Advent Countdown 2017 #6 More Than Chocolate Customer Gifts

I can’t tell you the number of times people have asked what are in these parcels and when I’m going to share the video!! I posted pictures of the ‘build’ on my facebook page throughout last month when I was making them and everyone has fallen for them!

As have I and I’ve got just one left for me!

I have absolutely fallen for the Champagne Foil and I really hope that it carries over into the main catalogue. While it’s part of the seasonal catalogue, I definitely feel it’s an all round product. Don’t you?

So my gift, while festive in colouring, could also be for any occasion, hence me stamping the sentiment from More than Chocolate on it. Because yes, inside are 2 darling little Milka Nap chocolate bars. Yummy!

Each parcel is wrapped with some of the matching Washi Tape from the Year of Cheer suite and each is decorated with one of the matching embellishments. And it’s quite a weighty little parcel! I think it defintely gives off the luxury look!

I hope they have all been enjoyed by everyone who came shopping with me last month. Milk Naps are divine!

They’re pretty fast to make, even in bulk. I do space out the making of my gifts throughout the month, but I found that I needed an extra 50 of them (thank you all the brand new shoppers, thank you for choosing me – I do this kind of treat for you every month!) and so I made those 50 all in one go in about 2.5 hours.

Foil – 4 x 4″ (10 x 10cm) Punch and score at 2″ (5cm) on all 4 sides

Love these and might just need to make many for the Hampshire WI Centenary events!!! Silly question – but how many of the Milka Naps (approx) are in the tubs (so I can work out costs for the Treasurer!). Many thanks xxx

  3. Margaret Malone says:

Great project yet again. Have made a few of these to sell at school Xmas fair. Made minor adjustment on mine (sorry) instead off washi tape I closed mine with to bow before doing that I made small hole at top and popped some bakers twine through and knotted it on inside before closing. Great for hanging on Xmas tree and so much nicer than shop bought ones. Thanks again for video x
