Pootles Advent Countdown #20 Cute Mini Jar Treat Tutorial

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles Advent Countdown #20 Cute Mini Jar Treat Tutorial

Don’t forget, the Year End Sale started today, and it’s While Stocks Last…click HERE!

Raisins. Yes, there are raisins inside one of these jars….. Naughty small boys went pilfering in my sweetie drawers and finished off my sherbet pips. Anyone got a link to a lockable storage box?!

In all jest though, despite this, I am continuing to follow through, and when they get home this afternoon from school, they will be getting raisins and not the planned sherbet pips for their Treat Friday goodie…

But you know what, not everyone has a sweet tooth, my husband is savoury over sweet anytime. And of course, there are those who choose not to, or can’t have, sugar for many and varied reasons. So perhaps raisins aren’t so bad after all!!

So regardless of the contents, I love making up little treat jars anyway. And funny story for you… I was away last weekend and on the 2nd morning in the hotel breakfast room, I overheard 2 ladies asking their server to leave the mini jam jar they’d had with their toast. They said they wash them out and put their own homemade jam in! So I’m not the only person who loves a mini jar. And as I left the breakfast room, I popped my mini jam jar on their table with a wink and a smile. Think that made them smile too!

And if you’re curious as to where I get my (brand new, not washed out after breakfast!) jars from, here’s a link to the UK Amazon store where I get mine.

Hope you have a great day, and get your Santa’s Suit stamp out too and make yourself a little treat. If you’ve not pilfered your own sweeties that is…
