Concertina Cards & Envelopes Pouch using Stampin’ Up! Supplies

Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Concertina Cards & Envelopes Pouch

It’s official! I’m now into ‘make gifts for new year treats’ mode…. Anyone else like me? I like to plan ahead, and like to make sure I have a ready supply of thank you cards and treats to use after the festivities of Christmas has passed. I could be alone in this weird logic, but I hope I’m not….!

But I wanted to bring you a pretty project that is useful in different ways. My sample is built and shown with an individually wrapped tea bag inside for size guide, but I deliberately designed it so that you could fit 3×3 cards and envelopes inside too.

Wouldn’t it make a great hostess gift if you’re out visiting people over Christmas? Or a lovely treat for someone over New Year so they could send out their Thank You cards?

So while it does have Year of Cheer paper on the outer wrap, I’ve gone for Bermuda Bay and Berry Burst as the inner concertinas and matching ribbon, with Background Bits for my stamping. Like all my projects, you can change them to suit your season or recipient…

And I love this. I love the look, the shape, the size and everything!

Happy Wednesday everyone, and if you’re in plan ahead mode, let me know I’m not alone…
