Daisy Delight – Browns and Copper and Pinks!

Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – Daisy Delight – Browns and Copper and Pinks!

I’m not sure that I totally know what inspired this card. A bit of a few things I think…

I wanted to use a stamp set that hadn’t been off my shelves in a while. I wanted to use some quirky colour combinations. I’d just packed a whole load of goodie packs for my team who’ve recently promoted and that included Copper Thread.

So I just put the lot together and this is what happened!

I love Daisy Delight, but it’s so easy to be swayed by new stuff that you forget your old favourites. So out she came to play! Isn’t she cute in her Pink Pirouette with Flirty Flamingo blobs (I know they’re the centre of the daisy, but I like them as blobs too!)

I paired up Chocolate Chip and Sahara Sand for the leaves, just because I fancied it…. rules rules, who needs rules!

Finally with a twist of the gorgeous copper thread behind the sentiment, I think my card is done.

Sometimes simple and not following the rules is ok. Well, it’s ok by me!
