With a family of 4 children, it sometimes feels as though we’re in permanent birthday mode. As it happens, we’re not. Randomly, our children have their birthdays in pairs. Two in April, and then one at the end of July and another a month later on September 1st.
But, with my own birthday and my husband’s being only 6 weeks apart, either side of our April boys, this time of year is full on birthday time.
And with that, comes considering expenses of putting on parties, hosting children’s tea times, purchasing gifts, and all that comes with a child’s party.
Our eldest son is 10 now, and it’s birthday week for him, and he’s really at that stage and age where he’s too cool to have a party bag, but secretly, I know they all still want them…
So, I put together a quick treat for him and his friends who are coming over for a sleepover (am I mad?!) at the weekend, and chose some ‘manly’ paper for them.
This video will show you how simple and easy it is!
