You’ll hear more in the video about how I came to make this box for my 2 eldest sons, but it really does put the Simply Scored Scoring Tool Through it’s paces, and there’s a lot of scoring going on, so here’s the directions for you.
All of these images are huge when they’re enlarged, so you can see exactly where my score lines are!
Starting with a piece of cardstock measuring 10.5″ by 7.5″ score as follows, as shown below
1.5, 4, 6.5 and 9.25″
Rotate cardstock clockwise and score down the length as follows and as shown below
2.5 and 5″
Turn cardstock anti clockwise, back to it’s original location and score as follows and as shown below;
1 and 4.5inches BUT only to the first score line running horizontally
Turn cardstock clockwise 180 degrees and score as follows and as shown below;
6 and 9.5 inches, just to the first score line running across the horizontal
Finally, turn the cardstock back to the vertical and with the narrow score lines running horizontally across the top, score as follows and as shown below;
1 and 6.5inches.
It honestly isn’t as complicated as it looks, please don’t forget to snip off the diagonal sides like I did in the video, and enjoy!
