So many boxes, so little time! I love giving gifts to people. They could be my family, my children, a friend or a teacher. And I love beautiful wrapping and packaging.
This isn’t a new shape box, 3×3 boxes are commonplace in the crafting world, but I wanted to make an actual miniature version of a pizza box. So after much deconstructing and many (many!) prototypes later, I devised the measurements for this one. It is the perfect size to hold 3×3 cards and their slightly larger envelope counterparts, but also the perfect size to hold a handmade soap, often measuring 3.5 x 3.5 x 1 inch.
So, here are the measurements for the cardstock and the scoring lines.
Cardstock – 10 x 7.5″
Score along the longest side at 1, 4.5, 5.5 and 9 inches
Score along the shorter side at 1, 2, 5.5 and 6.5 inches.
DSP measures 3.25 x 3.25 inches

NOTE, please make sure you place the Sticky Strip correctly, as shown in the pictures and the video. This is essential to be able to use the ‘hidden closure’ element of the box!
