I have a fantastic team with Stampin’ Up! Each of my team is a remarkable crafter, and there is an amazing assortment of talent inside each of them.
We are a pretty fast growing team, and are scattered all around the UK from all the way up in Inverness in Scotland, through North Wales, across East Anglia, through Middle England and down to London.
And while we are a newly growing team, we are a fast growing team too, not just in size, but in ability too.
When someone joins Stampin’ Up! there is no obligation to do anything after purchasing the starter kit. I’ve talked about it before, and the details are all on my ‘Join Me‘ page. And I will never target any of my team in any way, nor will I pressure them to do more than they’re comfortable with.
I will though, reward those who do set themselves goals, and who do achieve those goals. Whether they’re for selling, recruiting, expanding, or even just doing something different!
And no matter whether you join Stampin’ Up! and my Pootlers as a hobby demo or a career demo, everyone has the chance to promote up Stampin’ Up’s ranks (there are 12 levels) and when you do, there’s a little something for you!
I do send all my new team members a gift when they join me, but there’s a little extra for those who promote up!
One of my team has just reached her 2nd level, and this little set is on it’s way to her today.
I won’t tell you what is inside, but I love the way these look. The simplicity of some designer series paper, and a stamped tag. More than enough!
Gifting made simple, by the nature of Stampin’ Up! and their gorgeous papers.
