Following the massive popularity of my original Cake Slice Box that needed no templates or electronic die cutting machines, I’ve been asked many many (many!) times to rework it into Imperial measurements.
So, as promised, here you go, (with full video tutorial and talk through).
It is essentially the same as the original box, with only a slight height difference. This was to avoid having to move into working in 16ths of inches and the complication that could bring.
So, sit back, enjoy the video, and the new decoration!
Thank you to Cathy for allowing me to rework the box I originally designed for her, and Sandie for inspiring me to do ‘random stamping’ across my cardstock. Two wonderful ladies who are both in my downline. xx
All the details are on the video, but for supplies here are the details –
Ink – Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie
Stamp Sets – Flower Shop and Kind and Cosy
Punches – Decorative label punch, Modern Label Punch, Pansy Punch
Ribbons – Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie Chevron Ribbon, Pumpkin Pie Taffeta Ribbon
Other products – Pumpkin Pie Button from Brights Buttons Collection, Dimensionals, Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Stampin’ Trimmer, Mini Glue Dots
I really hope you enjoy the video, and to all my darling friends in the US. This one’s for you…! xx
