I love to have a simple and elegant card. Sometimes it’s just enough to have a few words to say everything you need.
One of my downline, Sam Johnson, makes the most striking cards, and her style is beautiful. One of the first cards she made after joining my team was so striking, I knew I wanted to do a version of it also (this is her’s here)
So all I’ve done, is taken some Melon Mambo, my favourite colour right now, and triple layered it between Whisper White, stamped melon mambo onto the matching cardstock and stamped it also onto some more Whisper White, I punched them out and set it so the stamped sides were facing each other. Added a couple of Rhinestones, stamped my sentiment, and I was done!
Whisper White is an excellent blank canvas, but does need a few extra layers of card to make it a little sturdier, but I got away with it, by popping in that mere 3mm border of Melon Mambo which strengthened it enough.
I hope you like it!
