Well, after the colour refresh a few weeks back, Stampin’ Up! have taken into consideration that some people may already have some of the ink pads or cardstock, and may not want to duplicate, so with that in mind, they’ve put 3 colour collections together, 1 of inks, 1 of cardstock and another that bundles both of those together.
