Sometimes you just want to say ‘Hi’ to a friend. Perhaps one you haven’t seen for a while, or maybe you just want to let them know you’re thinking about them.
I love this card colour, the mix of the Basic Grey cardstock base and ticket shadow, with the Calypso Coral of the This n That Epic Day designer series paper and cardstock mat.
The sort of meandering map across it made me think of sending this to a friend far away, just to say that simple ‘Hello’!
My mind wandered a little and I thought of booking a ticket on a plane and jetting off somewhere and that led me to the Ticket Punch and I just had to use it with the simple Hello stamp from the Label Something set. I love that this set is perfect for stamp-then-punch techniques that I adore. Easy cards in minutes!
So, what do you think? Not over complicated, not too fussy, simply saying ‘Hello’ when the time calls for it.
And of course, the question of the day is…. If you could say ‘Hello’ to anyone in the whole world, living or dead, who would it be? I would say ‘Hello’ to my 2 older brothers who live too far away from me to see very often, but whom I miss very much.
