Who doesn’t love a pretty notebook?
Me! You? Most of us I suspect.
On a technicality, this isn’t a pretty notebook anymore. It got Olivered a week or so back, but I’m still using it, and it makes me smile that he felt my book needed further decoration with biro. I won’t share a picture, it may upset those who like things aesthetically pleasing, but rather, I want to share the pictures of the book as it was when I first made it….
All recovered with Naturals White cardstock, this long slim jotter pad has had a further layer of the cardstock that I daubered around the edges in Pacific Point Ink, then a mat of cardstock in the same colour. Finally, a layer of more Naturals Ivory which I’d again daubered and finished with a double layered stamp.
I love the Four Frames stamp set, and the gentle design seemed to work well with the swirled design from the Happy Day stamp set that I put down at the bottom.
And my original idea for this book was to put down my ideas and dreams for the future, and to be fair, it does have ideas in it. Mostly future video and class ideas!
So in it’s full glory, here’s the notebook. As it was…
I love my notebook, Oliver’s embellishments and all!
