Stampin’ Up! UK Black and Bright Boxes VIDEO
Ooooo, a box for me! This is one that I made weeks and weeks (and weeks!) ago, and it was for no other reason than pure pleasure.
I was on one of my must-show-how-non-manly-Sweater-Weather-DSP-is missions, and this came about.
However, after having it sat on my desk for a while, and not wanting to do Sweater Weather overkill, when I came to film it as a tutorial, I not only moved away from my ‘safe zone’ of working in Imperial on the Scoring Tool, but I decided to totally switch up the colourway and look of it.
Do you like it?
Sometimes it’s okay to just give a gift simply to say ‘Hi’ and this, to me, is a great way to package it up! And of course, I got to use the Regarding Dahlias stamp set again… See, I told you yesterday I love it!
Here’s the video, using Metric as the ‘lead’ measurements this time around, (CLICK CLICK!), but the dimensions are below, because I’m good like that…!
The finished box is a great size, 10 x 8 x 4cm (4 x 3 x 1.5″)

I spent a couple of hours and about 7 sheets of paper trying to figure out how to make a box of particular dimensions–it wasn’t working so well. Then I found your box tutorial on Pinterest, and just like that, I have a box! With such simple construction, it was very easy to figure the dimensions. Thanks so much!
love the way you did this box. Love the colors.
Thanks
