Flower Shop Soft Rose Marina Showcase!

Stampin’ Up! UK Flower Shop Soft Rose Marina Showcase!

Ha ha, did you see what I did with the title there?

I mixed up the 3 colours I used and used them all!

This lovely and simple card uses Rose Red ink for the 3 punched flowers, and also for the sponging on the outer card and the second layer. I used Marina Mist ink for the background, and I used Soft Suede for the second layer of cardstock and also for the sentiment.

So this card is a showcase of that gorgeous sketchy flower from the Flower Shop stamp set, and I added in that flash of Soft Suede to the sentiment taken from my much adored Lots of Thanks stamp set.

I love both of these stamp sets, and adore the Pansy Punch that goes hand in hand with the set, particularly because it’s on sale as a bundle! Whoop whoop!!!

But no card of mine would be complete without some embellishments, so my Pearl centres for the flowers set it up nicely, and the trio of them at the bottom. Well, I do believe they’re becoming a signature trio for me!

If I were to critique myself though, and I was to make it again, I wouldn’t add that Soft Suede layer of cardstock, I’d keep it simple and all layers of the Naturals White that I used for the rest….

I hope you like it though!
