Stampin’ Up! UK Gold Heat Embossed Vellum Trust God
It’s okay sometimes to set a card that’s simple in style yet makes a huge statement.
This is one of those cards.
I wanted to use gold heat embossing powder onto vellum, and decided that the delicate details of the pansy from the Flower Shop stamp set was the one to use, and obviously (well it’s me!) I had to punch it out with the matching Pansy Punch. The bottom one is adhered direct to the card, the next has a single dimensional behind it, and the third has a double height of dimensionals. All to add that little bit of lift!
But the sentiment was super easy to come up with. We are all individuals. In our looks, perspective, personalities, and yet each one of us is a work of art. God’s work of art. And the stamp set Trust God is full of wonderful thoughts and reminders of what he does for us
I stamped this onto the same Whisper White cardstock that I’d used for the card blank and the two layers, and heat embossed that also.
And this time, I punched it using the Extra Large Oval Punch and then backed it using our Gold Foil with the smallest of the Deco Labels Framelits, then everything, layers of white and all, were all layered onto dimensionals.
To finish, it just needed a few pearl accents and I was done.
I think this is a beautiful card in it’s simplicity and it’s statement.
