Stampin’ Up! UK Creative Elements take on the In Colours!
I have shared many times before that I’m regularly inspired by the things around me, and as I spend a fair amount of time in my kitchen; cooking, baking, (refereeing…!), I feel myself drawn to my decor of soft green and chocolate brown.
So I decided to break out the ruffle trim ribbon that is from our In Colours collection, in Pistachio Pudding and Baked Brown Sugar, and see where it took me.
I love the Creative Elements stamp set, and while it’s not my usual style, colouring parts of it with the Pistachio Pudding, having previously stamped the floral image with Baked Brown Sugar, it is growing on me!
And I absolutely adore the font for the Create sentiment. It’s a bit all over the place, a little crazy, and so so me….!
The flowers that I punched using the 4 petal flower from the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack are my favourite way to ‘dress up’ what could otherwise be a sentiment just sitting there floating in no man’s land, and attaching them in the small space restricted by that gorgeous Decorative Label Punch meant that they weren’t floating across the page either!
And of course. That ruffle trim. A double layer of course!
