ULTIMATE PARTY WEEK – The Colour Scheme Explained. And a Cake Box!

Stampin’ Up! UK ULTIMATE PARTY WEEK – Cake Box

POOTLES Stampin Up UK Ultimate Party Week. Cake Box open. ELEGANT LADIES THEME

Well it is HERE!

The Ultimate Party Week is here! At last! Whoop Whoop!

I have been ridiculously excited about this for a fair few weeks and it’s here!!!! Can you tell that I’m doing the happy dance and jigging in my chair as I type this?

So what is the Ultimate Party Week all about?

This is 7 days of Party Projects with a further 7 complimentary projects in my Online Class.

But, it wouldn’t be an Ultimate anything if there was only 14 projects. Oh no. What if you aren’t having a party that calls for Coastal Cabana and Silver? What if you were having a Boy’s Party? Maybe a Garden Party. How about a Shower, whether for a Baby or Wedding. What about Girls?

This is where the ‘Ultimate’ part comes in….

I will this week show you 7 projects on YouTube in one colour way, the theme is an Elegant Party. And the projects in the Online Class have been filmed following the same colour scheme. And for those who may enquire, I’ve restricted myself to only a few stamp sets that I believe are ‘core’ that most of us would have in our regular craft stash. And also restricted my use of punches, dies and embellishments etc.

However, you can see 4 MORE themes inside my online class as an optional extra.

The ‘build’ of the projects are identical from one ‘party’ to the next, but the set up and design of the finish is what makes them different.

I have made and photographed 70 projects to showcase these, but please do read more in the Class details for access.

Anyway, I have italicized this section so that if you’re a daily follower of my blog, you know to skip it after the first reading, but if you’re new to me part way through, you know what to expect!

To celebrate with me this week during the Ultimate Party Week, all orders over £45 (before postage) will receive an prettily wrapped packet of Rhinestones in addition to the usual ‘thank you’ gift that I send out. I can take orders for UK, Germany, Holland, Austria and France only.

Project 4

Cake Box

So I’ve been promising all week that I would tell you today what the reason is behind the colour scheme.

Well, there is a reason not just behind the colour scheme, but a reason behind the whole Party Theme.

Today is my 40th birthday.

I’m not sure how I feel about turning 40. Is this good or bad? I don’t know.

What I do know is that I’m a very lucky girl and that my husband and sons bought me 2 beautiful bracelets from Tiffany, hence the colour scheme!

It was a bit of a known thing for me as I chose them myself to match a pair of earrings and a necklace I already had, but I do love Tiffany Blue (who doesn’t!) and Coastal Cabana to me, is a dead ringer for it!

Anyway, enough about me and birthdays and whatnot, let’s move on to the project for today.

So it is a cake box, because we all like to take a small piece of cake away, but it could also double up as a gift box, and knowing my new bracelets would be coming in gift boxes, this was the very first prototype I made when designing this series!

Please do have a look at the video to see how it’s all put together or view it HERE on YouTube
