Stampin’ Up! UK Tag Topper Baby Bag Tutorial
When I had my babies, we were really lucky to be given so many different gifts from people; clothes, booties, bathing products, vouchers, and so much more.
One thing that really stands out in my memory is a present I was given that was a tiny box (as in a really tiny box!) that had a single pair of socks in it. I don’t remember the socks lasting very long, babies grow so quickly in the early days, but that box lived on Jacob’s shelf until only a few months ago. And he’s 5 now!
It should never be about what’s inside the gift, but about the thought that went into it, and the friend who selected those tiny socks took the time to find the perfect miniature box in palest blue with a tiny button on it, and that’s the bit I remembered.
So my box today would hold a little more than a single pair of socks – perhaps a rolled up bib? Maybe a pair of booties? But it’s about gifting something to a new Mum that she can hold precious on a shelf and remember, for years to come.
And I had to add a button too…
